How It Works :
Register for the challenge by 9/27/24.

  • Signing up is quick and easy! Click the "Let's Get Registered!" button below to get signed up and book with your initial coaching call with me!

  • Prepare: fill out and submit the initial assessment form that will be emailed after registering before you scheduled coaching call.

  • Receive your challenge kit, including workout plans, meal guides, and tips on how to prepare for the next 21 days after your coaching call. 

​

  • Commit: Follow the daily workouts and meal plans. Stay engaged with the community and make the most of the expert advice available.

  • We will track and monitor your progress, celebrate your achievements, and adjust as needed with the help of our support team.

  • Reflect: At the end of the challenge, evaluate your results, reflect on your journey, and set new goals to continue your health and fitness journey.
